Coordination of structural duct routes with low-ceiling clearance in basement parking zones to prevent clashes between cable trays and drainage pipes.
The SECUVIA Solution
We developed 3D clash-detection shop drawings during the MEP design phase. By rerouting the central wastewater stacks and using compact flat-duct sections, we maintained clearances without affecting the building facade.
